90 Q5 and the late Jack Bevins

We were cruising around Concord one day and saw a VK bus driving down the road, and followed it (in Vern's van).
It pulled in to a gas station, and lo and behold out stepped JACK BEVINS, the corps director for VK!!!!
Pretty weird - Josh marched there in 86.
I think the cigarrette price dates this picture pretty well.
