Hey there fellow Quad Inc-ers! You may have noticed in recent months that there has been a pretty dramatic influx of spammers and/or hackers infiltrating our hallowed halls. Quite simply, we do not currently possess the technology or man hours necessary to fix, update, correct and sort out the real membership from the nearly 15,000+ false memberships and countless spam postings that have been created.

When this site opened in its first incarnation roughly 15 years ago (back on the old aol member pages), the vision was simply to spread the love of quads throughout the land, and hip people to some knowledge and history along the way. This vision remains very much alive, and we feel we were pretty successful for a time here on QI's second run.

This being said, all of Quad Inc's information, posts, database, interviews, stories, media, etc. remains intact. It has simply been removed from access to avoid anyone getting further emails or messages about "questionable subject matter". So much for having an open forum to share and express ideas and the history of our art form! In spite of this, we at QI continue to maintain faith in the human race, and the infinite possibilities for sweet crossover scrapes in the future.

Quad Inc. v3 is our next venture, and it will require assistance from the community. I know there are those of you out there who possess both quad love and mastery of SECURE internet technology. If you are interested in helping with the creation of QI v3, please contact us at webmaster@stevensdrum.com

This could mean anything from a complete site redesign, to a porting of the old site and database to a new CMS. Please let us know what your expertise is and how you would like to help. Ideally, we would have a national network of devoted quad enthusiasts that work together remotely to update and maintain the site. That is the vision for QI v3.
